Age of Riders:

Ø Junior C – open to riders who have not reached their 12^th birthday as of January 1, 2006

Ø Junior B – open to riders who have reached their 12^th birthday but not reached the 15^th birthday as of January 1, 2006

Ø Junior A – open to riders who have reached their 15^th birthday but not reached their 18^th birthday as of January 1, 2006

Ø Senior – open to all riders who have reached their 18^th birthday.

General Rules:

1. If entries in Western Jr B and Jr C warrant the class will be split. The show committee reserves the right to combine or cancel any class having insufficient entries.

2. There will be no refund of entry fees without a Veterinary certificate. A Physicians certificate will be honored for riders within 7 days of the show closing.

3. Any inhumane treatment of animals will be cause for immediate disqualification with no refund of entry fees.

4. Riders must be neatly attired. Proper dress is encouraged.

5. All competitors must wear their numbers when mounted or when handling/leading their horse(s).

6. All competitors must wear regulation helmets and standard riding boots as per Equine Canada. These are compulsory in all classes and practice/warm-up areas.

No Smoking allowed on Riverview Equestrian Park property.

**ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE COMPETITION GROUNDS**

· Dressage – Sr: Dressage - Jr.

· Hack: JrA/Sr, Jr B, and Jr C

· Eligibility: Western Entrants must compete in the following: 1 Showmanship, 1 Horsemanship and 1 Pleasure in their age category. English entrants must compete in 1 Showmanship, 1 Pleasure, 1 Basic Seat Equitation and either Road Hack or Show Hack. Eligible classes will be marked with an asterisk.
