How can we remove the turtles in a pond and what can we do with them?

We have a natural pond fish stock we would like, but is now full of turtles – apparently of different kinds. One of them is at least 12 inches wide! We live on a ranch in SD and have had a year of multiple projects with the rain this spring and never seen so many turtles! The next question is: What I can do with all the turtles? As a farm, raise animals for sale so of course it would be wonderful to be able to sell some of the turtles, but is it legal or not? How I can find out more? THANK YOU! No an "Animal Control" in central South Dakota ranches! Ja! Farmers are the only animal control! Do you think you can call the humane society animals to come and get our wayward coyotes too?! haha very funny! My main question is how to catch turtles. Thanks!
